brand strategy
My particular specialism is branding – specifically, managing branding projects from the initial client contact through to the delivery of the final assets.
I’m comfortable working at board level, interviewing senior management and other key stakeholders to help identify the qualities that define the personality of a company. I’m then able to distill that information to develop the brand narrative and write key messages that help to tell the brand story consistently and cohesively.
I can then either create branding that tells the story honestly, effectively and creatively, or brief a creative team to do the same.
DESIGN
I’ve spent my entire career as a designer. I’m comfortable managing creative teams and projects for clients in a diverse range of sectors, but my real passion is the work itself. I’m at my happiest designing branding, writing headlines, developing campaign ideas. It’s an addiction of sorts. I’ll kick it one day, but until then I’m very happy to provide a creative shot in the arm (apologies) to those who need it.

WRITING
Writing has always been a natural partner to my branding work. Being able to articulate the elements of a brand personality brings a sense of completeness to branding projects that goes beyond the visuals. I’m comfortable interviewing senior management and other key stakeholders to help identify the qualities that define the personality of a company. I’m then able to distill that information to develop the brand narrative and write key messages that help to tell the brand story. I can write headlines, straplines, advertising copy and website content.
